About PinPath

With PinPath you can visualize your data onto pathways diagrams, and pinpoint where the relevant changes occur. Results from genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and many more experiments can be visualized onto pathway diagrams from WikiPathways and KEGG. You can also visualize your own custom GPML and KGML files. As long as your data can be linked to genes, proteins, or metabolites, you can visualize it using PinPath.
